We arrived early and the receptionist stored our luggage for us. The bar staff was friendly and made excellent drinks. The room had nice clean facilities and toiletries. a good experience.

I loved my stay here! The location was fantastic, in an amazing area with close access to so many places. The room was equipped with everything I needed, including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. The staff here were exceptional, offering 24-hour room service and top-notch service. The continental breakfast was delicious and really set me up for the day. The leisure facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and spa centre, were the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.

We had a fantastic stay in a hotel located in an amazing area, close to everything. It was central to all key areas and we found it easy to walk to the shopping areas. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view. The bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, they were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
The pillows were a bit hard.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city! The hotel was clean and provided all the necessary toiletries. The room was comfortable and great value for money. It was located just off Oxford Street, making it easy to access all the shops and attractions in the heart of this city. The staff, especially the breakfast staff, were polite and helpful. We also loved the convenient location, close to the tube and with plenty of restaurants and cafes serving delicious food nearby.
